Why Not You? ??

Why Not You? ??

Good morning! Today is one of the most celebrated holidays in American culture. The 4th of July commemorates the Declaration of Independence of the United States on July 4, 1776. For some people, the day just represents a longer weekend and a paid holiday at work.

Today, I want to challenge you to look at July 4th as a remembrance of your freedom. You are free to go where you want and do what you want. You see people every day on television or social media who are doing amazing things, and often you think to yourself, “That looks fun. I wish I could do that.”

Whenever you find yourself making this mental statement, follow it up with this question, “Why not me?”

Enjoy this short poem, and reflect on the life you would like to live with your freedom.

God bless.

“Whatever we believe about ourselves and our ability comes true for us.”

– Susan L. Taylor

The world as we know it has evolved since the early days,

There are no restrictions to where we can go, and success comes in many ways.

You deserve happiness just as much as the next person,

You may experience heartache, but answers come when you keep searching.

The search for peace is not accomplished in one day,

It’s a marathon that continues until you live your last day.

But have joy while you search, take risks and live fully,

Let love into your heart; allow love to speak fluently.

Why can’t you be the one to live the life of your dreams?

Anything in this world is possible, and that’s what makes us free. ?

Please forward this to someone who needs it!
