What Are You So Scared Of? ?

What Are You So Scared Of? ?

Good morning! Did you know 98% of people are giving fear the power of their minds? Most people have dreams that they don’t pursue because of fear. Most of the time, the thing that they fear is a false reality. Literally, it is something made up in their mind. I like using this acronym for fear, “False Evidence Appearing Real.”

Once someone makes up their mind that something negative will come from taking action towards a goal, they create a false reality, which then creates a barrier between where they are and where they desire to be. Luckily, there are strategies present to help individuals overcome fear. If used consistently, there will be an undeniable shift that will lead to success.

Are you ready to say, “Fear, be gone?” If so, here’s how:

“You can’t make decisions based on fear and the possibility of what might happen.”

– Michelle Obama

1. Abundance of Faith ?

When one is guided by fear rather than faith, failure is inescapable. This fear is instilled in us by society. The media outlets encourage us to stay on the lookout for danger. Schools hardly ever teach students the skills they will need to succeed in the real world. In classrooms, memorization of facts and statistics is standard. When students are faced with real-life decisions, their lack of preparation leads to hesitancy and self-doubt.

Media, school teachers, religious instructors, and parents have assisted the enemy in planting fear and doubt in young minds. Teachers can be categorized into two different categories:

Faith-based teachers & Fear-based teachers

Fear-based teachers talk more about evil and motivate action through the fear of failure or death.

Faith-based teachers, on the other hand, provide courage, hope, and motivate people through the bliss of living in paradise by leading with love.

With a mindset and value system rooted in love, fear is not welcomed. Goals will feel attainable. The future will feel bright, all because there is an abundance of faith.

2. Positive Energy ??‍♀️

The ability to choose our own path in life is a priceless gift. We always have the option of filling our minds with positive or negative thoughts. Many people struggled throughout the Great Depression. Some, on the other hand, had the willpower to stay cheerful and achieve greatness. One example is Henry Ford. He didn’t allow his thinking to be clouded by the prevalent negative notions.

People who give their minds over to fear and negativity neglect the true potential of their mental power.

Eventually, they drift into the whirlpool of a negative domino effect from which they may never escape.

The most important determinant of your success is your state of mind. Do you think positively or negatively?

Keep going!

Please forward this to someone who needs it!
