Good afternoon!
How often do you sit down and allow your mind to wander? Do you let yourself start overthinking? These are common issues in the world today. We spend so much time in the past or future that we forget to enjoy the here and now.
If you struggle with overthinking or constantly worrying about what might happen, learning to put the brakes on constant worrying and learning to live in the moment will be a huge positive for you. Of course, we could all benefit from this, but some certainly more than others. In this email, we’ll look at an easy 3-step exercise to remove the worry from any situation. After reading, forward this email to someone who may benefit from it.

“Worry can manifest itself in physical symptoms which severely harm your health while damaging your mental health.”
– Dale Carnegie
There are endless benefits to removing worry from your life. Not only will you notice the joy around you, but you’ll also develop stronger relationships due to not constantly being dragged down by fear and worry.
One of the leading causes of anxiety and stress is when we mentally escape the present moment; instead, we either regret something that has already happened or worry about something that may never happen.
Expelling your worries could be as simple as applying the 3–step guide created by Willis H Carrier, the famous engineer.
Analyze the situation first before concluding what the worst-case scenario would be. Next, identify the worst-case situation and keep it in perspective. Losing your job, for instance, wouldn’t be ideal, but you can always get another.
Last but not least, strive to make that worst-case scenario better by turning it into a positive one. As we previously mentioned, if you lose your work, you can find a new one. However, you can also find a better job, perhaps one that you enjoy more or pays more.
Learn to deal with worries by using three steps.
#1: Analyze the issue
#2: Figure out the worst–case scenario, and then
#3:Understand how you could improve it
Keep going!
