Psychologists believe that our leisurely activities reveal a lot about how happy we are in life. Playful activities teach lessons that make the difficult duties of work and love easier.

Many people could look at service and love as the same thing, but a deeper dive into the meaning of the two words reveals the distinction.
Service is more wide ranging, referring to ties with bigger groups or goals. Whereas, love is one-to-one, referring to relationships with individual others – spouses, children, co-workers, and neighbors.
The proper execution of these four areas may seem like a large task, but they are already present in your life today. I challenge you to be intentional with your work, love, play, and service – and know that you are living a life of purpose and meaning.
